Directions
From the West:
Taking the A69 in the direction of Hexham/Newcastle, take a left turn on to the A6079 just before reaching Hexham. Take the next right in 0.4 miles - signposted Acomb village ½ mile. Go straight across the unmarked crossroads at the top of the hill. Follow this road for approx 3 miles, through Fallowfield farmyard and across cattle grid. Entrance to Crag House is approx ½ mile past the cattle grid on the left hand side.
From the East:
Taking the A69 in the direction of Carlisle, at the Bridge End Roundabout (Hexham) take the 2nd exit heading towards Carlisle. Take a right turn on to the A6079 after approx ½ mile. Take the first right - signposted Acomb Village ½ mile. Go straight across the unmarked crossroads at the top of the hill. Follow this road for approx 3 miles, through Fallowfield farmyard and across cattle grid. Entrance to Crag House is approx ½ mile past the cattle grid on the left hand side.
